How it works

Five steps. You do the first one; the product does most of the rest, and tells you exactly how it did it.

  1. 01

    Drop

Add what you have: your own notes, pasted chats or emails, and files such as screenshots, PDFs, Word documents, text, CSV and JSON. Several at once. Notes count as your statements; pasted text and files count as evidence.

  2. 02

    Understand

The rules engine (no AI) reads every sentence in English and Hebrew and finds facts, things already tried, failures, decisions, tasks, questions, dates and missing details. If the server has an AI provider and you agree, AI can organize by meaning instead and notice what got resolved.

  3. 03

    Organize

Everything lands in one context: a summary, a next step, a timeline, grouped items and the sources behind them. Every item can be edited, re-typed, marked done or deleted.

  4. 04

    Share

Create a capsule for a person, a support agent, a developer, a client or an AI tool. Choose sections, items and which sources are visible. Share a link with an expiry, or copy a ready prompt, Markdown or JSON, or print to PDF.

  5. 05

    Continue

Add new information any time and organize again. A diff shows what changed since you last looked. Update a capsule and its recipients see what changed since their last visit.

Every item says how it’s known

Color and shape always mean the same thing, so you can tell evidence from assumptions at a glance.

  • EvidenceQuoted from a document or pasted conversation.
  • StatementSaid by a person, not yet backed by a document.
  • InferredA conclusion drawn by AI. Check before relying on it.
  • MissingInformation that is still needed.

Rules or AI: your choice, always labelled

Rules (no AI)

Always available. Deterministic patterns for both languages, section headings, checklists, chat exports and dates. Every item quotes the sentence it came from.

AI (optional)

Only when the server has a provider key and you consent. Output is validated, and an item stays "evidence" only if its quote is actually found in your source; otherwise it’s downgraded and you’re told.
