Subscription terms, cancellation and refunds
What happens when you subscribe to a paid plan, in plain words. Payment is handled by PayPal.
- What you buy
- A paid plan (Classic, Pro or Ultra), monthly or yearly. The price in shekels (ILS) is shown before you pay, and that is the price PayPal charges. If the price changed while you were deciding, you are shown the new price and nothing is charged.
- How you pay
- You approve the subscription at PayPal. UNREPEAT never sees your card or PayPal password. PayPal charges you when you approve (or on the start date shown, when the plan starts later) and then at the start of every period.
- Renewal
- A subscription renews by itself at the end of each month or year, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. A free launch benefit never turns into a charge by itself.
- Cancel any time
- Open Plan in your workspace and choose Cancel renewal. No further charge is made, and you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
- Changing plan
- Upgrading starts the new plan at once, and the unused part of your current period is credited against the new price. Downgrading takes effect when the period you paid for ends.
- If a payment fails
- PayPal may try again. Your plan stays for up to 7 days after a failed renewal, then your account returns to the Free plan. Your contexts are not deleted.
- Refunds
- Every refund request is read by a person, who decides. Nothing is refunded automatically. Send a request from Plan with the reason. An approved refund goes back through PayPal to the way you paid, and a refund of the current period ends that period’s paid access.
- Receipts
- PayPal sends its own payment receipt. It is PayPal’s receipt for the payment.
- Questions about a payment
- Write to us from Help and support inside your workspace and include the date and amount. If you cannot sign in, use the “Can’t sign in?” form on the sign-in page.
